NV Debited My Account After I Wrote Them to have this Cancelled

I received my order that I had understood to be free except for Shipping and Handling. This was a 14 day trail to evaluate the product.
I called the company within the 14 day trail period and wanted to request them to cancel.instead of having a live person to take my information. I was told by a computor that I would need to put this in writing and email my request. So I sent an email to cancel my order. I gave my name and phone number.
I never received a cancellation number or response back from them. I attempted one more time to call them without any luck. Now a month later they have debited my account for $19.95.
I finally get a live person on the phone and I go around with him about my cancellation letter. This person can barely speek english and it is so hard to understand him. After about 10 minutes on the phone with him I find out that what they sent me was 60 tea bags and I had only got a 14 day trail for free and they billed me for the rest of the bags.
I told him that I was going to file a report with the BB and also requested him give me a cancellation number but he did not have one and could not give me one. They do not give out cancellation numbers from what I could understand from him.
I pulled up my invoice off my email and it shows they shipped 60 tea bags price FREE. The 60 tea bags were for 30 day supply but I was never told that I would have to pay the difference. My invoice shows that this box of tea bags were FREE except for the shipping and handling which I paid.
I have reported this to my bank and at this point the debit is in a pending status to go throw my account. If this company takes my money out I will have to file a complate with the bank.
