First Texas Custom Homes Used bowed joists resulting in extreme dips and high points entire upper level. Bowed walls on lower level

Entire upper level is hills and dips. They added some floor leveler compound which did little good. Refused to do anything else.

Water leak in light fixture upstairs. They painted the ceiling around the light fixture, now water leak shows through the paint. Told me no problem with roof. Now I have a another roof leak.

Upstairs commode leaked down thru ceiling below causing lots water damage. Refused to take responsibility although certified plumber told them commode was improperly installed. Neighbor's home had same problem; their builder (Lennar) took responsibilty.

Baseboards are bowed significantly.

Arches are bowed significantly.
