Lazy, Money Hungry, and most uncaring group of people! RIP OFF DON"T USE THIS OFFICE. He and his staff are soooo lazy and forgetfull!

I did not even know this site was here, I wish I had read the other complaints on this man before we paid 5,000 dollars to him. We went to mediation to get geographical restrictions on my husbands ex-wife, she was trying to move out of state, with his son. We went to mediation to get those put on her so we could still be active in his life. We all reached the agreement that we would get longer times with him and that they could move but in Dec. 31 she could only reside in counties touching bell. Her attorneys drew up the papers and omitted that, Michael F. White signed off on them. Then we found out that she was trying to move again, and went to him again (by the advice of other attorneys who said he was the only one who could fix his mistake) Paid him again to get a restraining order on her and that was 3 weeks ago. We have been calling his office for the last 3 weeks, with no returned calls, and no answer from him. My husband went there today and the lady in the office told him that they had forgotten to file the restraining order (which means she can move, because we didn't restrain her her) she said that they " forgot about it since it was a few weeks ago". My husband asked to speak to Michael White, and they said he was out until Monday. When he asked for his phone number they laughed at him! Mind you this is the man we just paid 5,000 dollars to 3 weeks ago, now we are not even going to court! Here is the kicker we will not be getting a refund!!! He did nothing and took $5,000! Stay away from this Law Office I wish I could tell the world!
