This company ripped me off! With Multiple Cancellation fee!

About Two years ago, I got a call from SEF Publishers, saying I WON a thousand dollar shopping spree. They told me all I had to was purchase 4 magazines for 60 months and the shopping spree was mine. I told them I had to get back with them, and the guy told me that in order to hold my gift, their would be a $38 fee. I thought. Well if it works out, $38 dollars is nothing compared to a thousand.

So I said ok, charge it to my credit card and I will call tomorrow with my answer. So I looked into the deal and realized. 38 dollars times 60 months is $2280 dollars. I said hell no! I may be young, but not stupid. I call the very next day, and told them I was not interested. The lady I spook to was very nice, and told me to have a very nice day. Then a year and a half later, I get a letter stating, if I do not pay $138 cancellation fee, I will be taken to court.

This lady JUDY, was very rude and told me, that if I dont work out a way to pay this, that they would be taking me to court and garnishing my wages! I told her I had to talk to my lawyer and she said fine go a head spend money on a lawyer, then come back and pay us our money. After many phone calls and arguments Judy said fine, I will cut you a break, and cut this bill in half. I was so upset and stressed out, I said fine. They then said I will even throw in the 1000 dollar shopping spree on top. So she took my credit card information, and told me that on January and February 23 she would take out $30, then $39. I said fine.

About a month later, I was looking over my bank records, when I discovered they withdrew over $90 dollars. I called the company, and talked with Susan at first. She told me that Judy was too busy to take my call. She was very rude and bitchy, and hung up on me. Finally after tons of phone calls and being hung up on.

I finally got Judy. First thing she said was. What the hell do you want again? I asked her why the attitude, since the last time I spoke with her it was civil. She said she was sick of wasting her time on me, and dealing with my bull sh*. I said to her, there is a problem that can be fixed. I just need your help. I told her the problem and she was a complete rude bi*h. She told me to get a life over $21 that she said she may refund me my $21 but it all depended on how she felt! I have tryed to stay calm, but these people are scam artists! SOMEONE please help me and all of the other people!
