Bender Ball
Huge ripoff!

I ordered the Bender Ball core method Training ball and videos in early January. I have been charged for the system, but have never received it. Worse yet, every time I call to check on the order (I have called 8 -10 times so far), I am told a different story. I am told it's on it's way. Then, I'm told they were out of stock and it would ship soon. Then, I was told it would come via UPS. Then U.S. Mail. Then, I was told it was reshipped because it was lost. Then I was told it's been approved for reshippment, but hasn't yet shipped. Today, I'm told it will ship by Fedex.

This just goes on and on and on. I'm always told there is no supervisor available to talk to, so I just get foreign folks telling me whatever story they feel like making up that day. It's too bad; I really wanted to try out that system to help my injured back. They are putting themselves out of business. Don't order from this company!!!
