I was checking my bank statement, and a charge of $31.98 was on there from IDthecs.com. No such authorization was given for them

While I was checking my bank statement today, I noticed a charge on there for $31.98. There is no information there other than the web site of www.IDthecs.com. I checked the website out, and it is totally bogus. Now I have to contact the bank to try to stop it before my money goes somewhere unknown to me.
