Guardian Financial is NOT real BIG SCAM!

I was looking to get a loan for $10,000 to get all by bills paid and start fresh and rebuild my credit.

I was contacted by "Senior Loan Officer" Dale Watson. He told me that i was approved for credit and that all I needed to do was to send my 1st 5 months of payments to show my worthiness and that I would not need to make a payment then for 5 months.

He went on to tell me that he would fax me my contract and for me to sign it and send it back to him. He then told me that i would need to moneygram the 1500.00 to canada and they would deposit the money in my account by 5pm the next day.

Well the next day i was notified that the insurance company of this so called financial company said that I needed more money down. No way. So they told me I would recieve a refund in 21 days. I asked them why it was that they could recieve the funds in one day yet I had to wait almost a month to get mine and they had no problem supposedly giving me 10K the next day.
Got no real answer.

So by boyfriend called them back and when he asked to speak to the CEO of the company he would not give him a number or address and then "Richard" began to cuss at him.

After reading everyones stories I doubt that we will get a refund.
