Unauthorized charges

I received my monthly telephone bill from AT&T in todays mail, there was a charge of $13.60 for a monthly voicemail service that I did not order.

I called their toll free number and after waiting 25 minutes, a lady by the name of Meagan took my call. She said they would credit my account.

I told her to cancel my account, she indicated that would be done, but advised me that there would be another charge on next months tele bill as well, but she was going to credit it also.
