I was refused an identity theft claim and made fun of my disabilities by mgr tim

I redived a bill from JBR Jewlers that was not opened by me. So i filled out the forms for theft identity and called the police to report it. Now jbr refuses that it is identy theft and demands payments on merchandise and an account i never opened. I am a disabled person and the fraud manager by the name of tim actually made fun of me asking if i am having an episode now... Do i remember or forget things... Do i manage the money at my house... I told him no and was actully trying to get this mess straightened out and i told him i did not have any merchandise and he " said I dont know what you did with it. Did you forget again?" to me this was so degrading i was crying by then. So now i go to corporate and demand this person and this account be straightend out.
