Horrible customer service

The customer service at reunion.com is horrible, and they've wasted my time for two days now. They treat me like a joke and get angry with me when I ask for someone who can understand me. My first language is English and I am being forced to explain in very, very simple terms what I want. Even then, I get put on hold. Reunion.com will be running themselves out of business if they keep employees who act like this.
