Better Business Bureau BBB's John Scott commits Grand Larceny by stealing our motor home

The Denver Colorado BBB houses a criminal arbitraitor named John Scott. John Scott in an impromptu arbitration hurried a last minute Grand Larceny of our valuable motor home before Christmas. After a year of waiting we were hurried into an arbitration with a gang of thieves Tim and Charles Gemelli of American Engine Installations, public enemy #1 in Denver CO. They have collected 551 customer complaints nationwide and 37 complaints in the Denver BBB. The BBB has partnered with these crooks by refusing to act to protect the rights of the customers it is sworn to protect since 1912.

On 12/20 just in time for Christmas, John Scott gave away our motor home to the Gemelli Gang, as a reward for their fraudulent business practices. He inflated the contract amount and gave us 10 days to come up with $5000.00, for a repair that was never done. Despite our excellent testimony, Gemelli's obvious lies, contempt for the injunction already placed on him by the CO Attorney General's Office, and the gross miscarrige of justice, John Scott gave our home away. Yes, our home. We are a homeless family, disabled and living on a fixed income. Our motorhome was to be our home.

John Scott is a criminal because he ignored and violated CO Law the COMVRA (Colorado Motor Vehicle Repair Act), the law governing motor vehicle repair in CO, and the actual contract, in issuing his decision. What is more shocking is that the Adams County District Court, Judge Crabtree upheld his illegal decision which is in violation of CO Law. We are appealing the decision.
The BBB is a criminal organization that has fraudulently switched from protecting the consumer against fraudulent businesses to protecting fraudulent businesses from the consumer.
We need to close down this fraud BBB, with a class action lawsuit.
