Deceptive Marketing of Rebate Processing Richmond Virginia

I believed the internet ad and beleived that I would be doing exactly as advertised, Process Rebates! Wrong, I also had problems with the "GOOD" Credit Card that I was using and was told that it was declined for payment.
This is where I should have stopped.instead I called ClickandBuy site and made sure that I wasn't going to be charged twice if I used another card. I was assured that there would be one charge if I used another card. I did, a debit card and it went through. Again I didn't receive what I was promised in my email in the time frame advertised. I did finally get an email that directed me to another site to login with a personal login. I have never been able to get to this site to login! I have received a weekly email with more Books, letters, recordings, etc to read and listen to. Some of these were old atricles written long ago with referals to what you could use this information to make a lot of money now on the internet. Everything so far has revolved around having to place ads for ebooks, or products, articles, etc, that you have to produce or pay someone else to do. Then if you can sell these products on the internet you might be able to make money. I even went so far as to setup the account at ClickBank and signed up for some of the affiliate programs. Once again this requires that YOU place ads and/or set up websites in order to make sales in order that you might get paid for processing rebates. This is not what the Process At Home Rebate Processing Ad said that I would be doing.

I also replied back to the email address stating that I wanted a refund and I haven't heard back anything. What a ripoff!!!
