Madison At Fairwood Fraudulent Charges, Credit Sabotage

About three years ago we rented at this place for a year. When the next year came, we decided to sign another lease after being offered a bigger apartment at a phenomenal price.

Two weeks into our new lease, we were served with a "get rid of your pet or leave" notice.By the same person who approved our pet when we signed the new lease! So we elected to move.

Fast forward to today: we are preparing to move again, and our new apartments have notified us that they will have to disapprove our application due to unpaid rent on our credit report. They informed us that there is a nick of over $2000 for breaking the lease in the Madison... And this is the first we've heard about that! We received no bill or any other form of notice.

So now we're stuck... Our current dwellings have deteriorated to the poin where it is no longer safe to remain here with our two children, and we can't find suitable accomodations with that glitch in our report! We have access to legal counsel, but there is only a month left in our lease and it will certainly take longer than that to get the Madison to fess up and take that thing off our report!
