Mark And Linda Bruce Landlord ripped me off. They never return calls and then kept my deposit our of bad faith. Spoke with other previous tenants and they did the same to them

Landlord does not return calls. Read in the small print of contract because they try to rush it through and then you sign that you will be responsible for all plumming problems yet they don't reveal they have lawsuits against them because their plumming was not done to code. They also never return calls whenever there is a problem with building. Poor management - no manager on premises so imposible to get a hold of them unless you sit by mailbox where check is mailed and they only come to premises once per month to collect the checks that were mailed to their box.

Yes that is all you get a box because they will never return their calls no matter how urgent it is. Check with other tenants there before you move in and ask them questions about the managers because everyone there agrees.

Also, all women there agree. If at the end of the month you find husband there and try to discuss issues with the building, all he does is look at your breast area regardless of what you are wearing (meaning you don't have to be showing anything) to the point that you end up conversation so not to feel invaded.
