We used to do a bit of business with these guys. The constant mis-shipments were only irritating. Now they have defrauded us and refuse to make it right. There was ove $300.00 discrepancy btween the ad and the actual item. Bidz. Does not seem to understand that a web page is an ad, and they are bound by it. Although they said they would return items not as described, we will have to sue for the difference.
Bidz.com is the pre-eminent consumer beware site. They are owned by China'a goverment and are as about concerned about their adveritsemenrt integrity about as much as the Chinese government workers (remeber, they all are) who put lead paint on the kid's toys are about safety.
This is akin to the flood of counterfeit bullion coins coming out of China. I am beggining to suspect that items may be miskarated and midgraded when it comes to gold and jewel content. After all, if they lie to make the sale who is to say the goods are really genuine?
