Sahalie.com
Online ordering - rewards scam - bob is wrong, it's a scam Portland Oregon

Miscellaneous

Sahalie offers a discount at the point of purchase when ordering ONLINE. This is a ONE-CLICK decision, not something that requires any confirmation. According to "Bob the Sahalie Employee" this is more involved when ordering over the phone from the catalog... That may be true, but not when ordering online.

The initial offer is a rewards program for $1.95 and you get 15% off the current order... There is no mention of a MONTHLY RECURRING charge of $14.95. It is very misleading and an extremely easy trap to fall into when ordering online, particularly when you're getting a 15% discount!

If you have been duped by this offer, call 1-888-528-7245 to get your money back. This is the company that runs the Sahalie Rewards program. They were actually easy to convince to give me my money back (remains to be seen if they actually do it, I'll know in 7-10 business days), although the woman I spoke with would certainly not admit any wrongdoing and went out of her way to point out that this was my fault. She seemed a bit defensive about it, probably because she spends her whole day trying to explain to people why they have been ripped off.

I like the products at sahalie.com but I will no longer trust any company. Keep any eye on your bank statements. Bob your company has fooled many people!
