Steals money from checking account

I checked my checking account on 9-10, seen that there was a charge I didnt recognize for $54.90. I called my bank and they gave me the information on the company that withdrew the money from my account, I never authorized it.

I called the company talked to somone named Crystal, she said they would cancel the account and issue a refund in about 10 days.

I waited the 10 days, still nothing. I conteced them again, I talked to a man this time and he said there was no record of a refund being issued and no refund was going to be issued.

He wanted my mumber he said Crystal would call me, never heard a word from them I never received anything from this company no pin number to use the service nothing. I have been charged for hot air absolutly nothing, somthing I never got to use.

I have filed a complaint with the State of Virginia Attorney General and Consumer Affairs Department.
