Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing from a company I never heard of

When I pay my credit card balance, I see the name "AMR LD SERVICE PLAN" that I never heard about. I don't know how they steal my credit card number and charge into my account, but that's very bad. I don't know if I can get the credit back from my credit card company or not?! But it really make me angry about this kind of garbage company and people.
