Unauthorized debit charges 2 times for 59.90

On 1.15.08 my checking account was debited 59.90 and again on 2.2.08. I tried to call the company it/eauction and pw/eaucion all i received was automation telling you to press 1,2, or 3 but never reached anyone only got a musical recording that kept restarting itself.
