Unauthorized charge to my debit card

I rec'd an e-mail from Colon Cure advertising their product, which I ordered a FREE trial, at a cost of shipping for $3.95. I rec'd a confirmation e-mail that my debit card/account would only be charged $3.95 for the trial size. There was no mention of monthly charges to my checking account, Needless to say there is a charge of $87.31 on my bank account statement. I have contacted my bank and they have release a REGULATION E form against this company and will investigate these fraudulent charges, and I hope to recover my funds. I am not a happy consumer. I have also written to this BOGUS company in efforts to get my money back.
