AKA RAC Professional Thieves and Rip Offs

In September I had moved to a new apartment because my old apartment had flooded and I lost all of my furniture. I was having out of town guest over and I need for them to be able to sit down. So I went to rent a center in November (two weeks before Thanksgiving) for a living room set. I got two lamps, a coffee table, and two cocktail tables all for allegedly $189.99 plus tax a month. I had never been late with any payments until recently (last 6 months). I started student teaching and I had to quit my day job and get a part time evening job. I explained to them that I needed for my payments to be switched to be due on the 15th and the 30th (when I get paid). After two months they finally did. So now I am a week and a half late with my payment because someone switched me to bi-wkly payments again. They have been calling my mother, my father, my friends, leaving notes on everyone's car who happens to be outside of my apartment building, sending letters, threatening my family, sitting outside of my apartment, and I have had it. I am going to contact an attorney. They are harrassing me. I called them and explained that my payment days are supposed to be the 15th and the 30th. A guy named Jason and a chick named Sophia told me that they could not wait. I told them that they didn't have a choice because I was not giving it back. I have paid for my furniture at least three times over and I have invested way too much money ($3024.00 to be exact) for them to take what is rightfully mine I am ($864.00 left to pay). They hung up on me and then continued to call 20 times a day. I called them one more time to let them know that I would pay them the balance in one week (when I get my tax return. May 07th of this year was supposed to be my last payment. What a RIP OFF!!! I may be three days to a week late but I always pay the bill and pay for two to three more weeks.
