Charged $19.99 to my Child support Credit Card

I didn't sign up for the family savors club I dont even know how they got my credit card number. I was looking to see the ammount to money i have and found out that they charged me $19.99 for something January 22. I then had to call up the eppic card company and issue another card so my account is frozen.
