RCA Credit
RCA Credit Services promised to work with me to "attempt" to add trade lines to my credit. After more than 120 days, there was no sign of any new tradelines

I was asked to sign a contract with RCA Credit Services, that basically said that I understood that they would "attempt" to help me, and that there was no promise or gaurrantee. I understood this and agreed, and wrote them a check for $2,850. After no new tradelines showed up after 90 days I made several attempts to contact them, all to no avail. After my Broker got involved, he got through and was told that the President of the company was going to personnally take care of it.

I waited another 60 days, and there was still no sign of any work being done. The President of the company allegedly just wanted my Broker to keep running my credit report to see if anything had showed up. We did, and nothing ever showed up.

I then spoke to my attorney, who in turn contacted the 3 credit bureaus and received my credit reports from them. After further review there was no indication of RCA Credit Services ever doing anything with my credit. They never even made an inquiry on my credit. I have been attempting to contact the only number I have for them, which is a cell phone number for an employee named Brady, to no avail.

My attorney and I have concluded that the entire thing was a scam. Typically, a client will pay the money and just go away. And, if in fact the tries to follow up with RCA Credit, they can easily say well the contract you signed stated that there are no promises or gaurantees to the success of our efforts.

I have now decided to start looking at doing a negative internet, billboard, and radio commercial campaign just to keep others from "being had" by these scam artists. Thankfully, I am an entrepuneur and have the resources at my disposal to do all of these negative campaigns against them. The $2.850 is not the issue, it is the fact that when I pay someoen for a service I expect them to give an effort.

It seems that RCA Credit does nothing but take people's money and then avoid them until they go away. Then they move on to their next victim. This is unacceptable, and I am planning to make it my personal mission to run this comapny and it's employees and officers, not only out of bussines, but out of the state of Florida. And, remember folks if they fold up and re-open under a new name, there are easy ways to figure this out, and they would still be the same company.
