Charging more than bmv and insurance company report

I lost my license a little over a year and a half ago. The insurance company contacted me saying i owe an amount of $2069.99. It went to a collection agency called CCS they told me the same amount. On the BMV website it says i owe $2069.99 plus $125.00 reinstatement fees.ccS was going to work out a payment of $50.00 a month and help me get my license back. I got laid off later that week so i could no longer pay this. When i called them back this time they referred me to Stuart Allan And Associates. They tell me i owe over $3500.00 on one claim and over $1500.00 on another but cant tell me exactly what they are for. It took me a week to get a hold of the person i needed to talk to then she cant tell me certain aspects of my claim and its suddenly more money? I am willing to pay the $2069.99 but have to do so in payments. I got pulled over again last night they took the only car my family has and i have no way to get to work witch is an hour away. I have the worst luck and am struggling to get things right. I lost my license because of an accident i got into. It took police 20 min to get to. They canceled my insurance 10 minuets before they got there. Thing is i was on my way to pay my insurance i just started working again and was getting back on my feet. I had the payment in my hand and was only 15 minuets from my insurance company office. Now i am getting delt over by this agency if there is someone out there that can help me please contact me. At
