Millennium Camera Not Willing To Cancel Orders For Customers Suggest different prices than it was posted on online & not willing to cancel order McChord AFB

On 19 Jan. 08, I recently purchased a product (Sigma 10-20mm EX DC HSM) from Millennium Camera for $416 with Lens Hood & 1 Year Warranty (listed online). The next day, they sent me an e-mail to call them back to verify some information on my order. When I made a call, the person who was working in the Customer Service (ext. 277) suggested same product with different prices with adding a UV filter, 3 Year warranty to the package for $499. I told him I bought the item from online that was listed at $416, and I want to cancel the order since $499 was too expensive for me. The respond I received was that item that I selected is from Germany, which does not include Lens Hood nor UV Filter, and has only 90 Days Warranty. The person working in the Customer Service was in a hurry and said, "I will give you discount including 3 Years Warranty, UV Filter for $449." Person from Customer Service was pushing me in hurry but since it was a pretty good deal, I accepted it and conversation was over. After 5 minutes, just to make sure I called them again to verify my order. Same person from Customer Service picked up the phone, and he was already pissed off from my second call since I am calling him too much for the same order so he hung up. I called them again and same person picked up the phone and he asked what I want. I asked him I want to verify my order and how much the price was. He said, it is $449 without UV Filter and Hood is not included, which Lens Hood comes with Lens in most cases. I asked him why UV filter is not even included when I was being suggested by that item. He said he doesn't know what I am talking about. I was getting tired of having conversation with Customer Service and finally I decided to cancel the order. He asked me why did I order it if I didn't want this product saying that I am playing with them because this is my second time canceling item. Well the first cancellation was from Millennium Camera itself, since they changed the price to $499. Finally I cancelled the product, received an e-mail that the product is cancelled. But I can not trust them if they really did but we will see in next few days. I am reporting this situation because I don't want any more victims with my situation, wasting their weekend time on phone challenging them.
