We paid $84.00 for magazines we never received

This company sent high school kids around the city to sell magazines which in return would give them points for a trip. They sold us two magazine subscriptions which ended up costing us a total of $84.00. They said we would receive the magazines in about 120 days. This was 6/26/07. We have still not received our magazines.
