Joe Janas is a devious, falsehearted, lame excuse for a business man. He expects people to do work for him and then not get paid for it. He doesn't perform work on houses and not get paid, so why should his workers go to a home and do work FOR HIM and not get paid?

He sends workers out to perform a job on a house and when the time comes to get paid, he cries that he is "not getting paid", because the work was (supposedly) inefficient and he can't pay you if he isn't getting paid.

Now hear this!

It turns out that Joe Janas IS GETTING PAID for work that his employees do! He LIES so that he won't have to pay! He says that work was poorly done so he can WITHHOLD PAY!

I would like to give WARNING to anyone who is considering doing business with this MANIPULATIVE, FRAUD! Get everything in writting! And make sure to do things on YOUR TERMS! Such as not comprising on your wages, because he won't pay you anyway.

I will also ADVISE YOU that if he is WITHHOLDING PAY from you, to go to the jobs which you have completed and CONFRONT THE HOME OWNER and tell THEM your situation, and INFORM THEM of his OTHER SCAMS that are reported!

To any home owner reading this!

The State of New Jersey NOW REQUIRES all Contractors including Handyman Services to be licensed and insured! This is a priviledge and can be revoked! If you have been a VICTIM of this man, I strongly encourage you to report him, and put and end to his deceit and wrong-doing!
