They are nothing more than a TELEMARKETING COMPANY collecting information on behalf of their clients.

Notice that their "application" might ask way too many questions about EDUCATION, such as... Are you interesting in gaining more education... Click on the college you want to hear from... Click on the subject you're interested in.

Or, they might ask you excessive questions about "references" and people unrelated to the job application process.

This way, the collect MORE emails and MORE telephone numbers. And by the way, they got YOUR number from Monster.com and other resume posting websites. Do not reply to them in any way!!
