Kevin Brandes runs this scam. Bill Graham is the fall guy that oversees things. Westport Enterprises is just a front to hide the real company that makes the money (GPS).

There are many fake names they run this scam from. And other fake names they run locally to use dealer tags illegally and rent property. They seem to rotate the names on a regular basis. They also change the position of the president in the companys every so often. The mail scam operation is run out of a building across the street from the office they use without the city or anyone else knowing.

In short there is no records, permits or license showing they are there. Address is 8 NE. Skyline Dr. Lee's Summit, MO. There are signs on the front door permitting use of cell phones in the building. Have to hide the fruad I guess. I have great pics of this operation. Its amazing how careless thieves can be when they are getting what they want (your money). Another location is located in Kansas City, MO for Shipping as well.
