I got took!

I got this letter in the mail and thought hey, I've been trying to find these and than I sent in the money and guess what!?! I got nothing. It's been 3 months and nothing. I feel used and stupid for falling for it. I'm out darn near 30 bucks. I've even got the number through information and you can't get ahold of anyone and the recording only tells you that it can take 4-6 weeks for the delivery. Hello, 3 months. And if you're waiting for a refund and/or to return the book (s), that you'll get the information for that soon or something. I'm so ticked off I can barely remember right now. Anyhow, I hope ppl read this before they fork out the money for this scam so that they can not lose their money.
