Rip off, not answer my calls, didn't change account number on purpose, Nevada

I tried to contact this company when I took a loan with them in 12 to pay off my loan, when I did, I talked to an agent and asked them to deduct the amount of my loan which was $200.00 and that I wanted to be done with the loan. They never did, and I tried to get a hold of them and they would not answer my calls and then continue to deduct the finance charges of $79 a paycheck. I got upset and called again and tried to get a hold of them, after continuing to try and they not satisfying my request because they either never called me back and you would always get an answering machine. I had to close my checking account. I continue to ask them ever since to mail me an invoice for the amount of the loan which was $200, and maybe even the $79 finance fee for that period and they refuse. I am so tired of this company, it is pure trouble and they call my job and harrass me and my supervisors, saying they are going to send the police to my office. This is illegal and very disrespectful and $200 is not worth this nightmare, how can a company function this way, It is not right. Someone please stop them!
