They took Two hundred dollars from me and it was a SCAM!

I cant believe someone would do this to me... I was at home and a young man came to my dooor and asked if i would like to subscribe to a magazine subscription and i DONT ever fall for anything but he seemed really nice and told me if i just subscribed for the magazines i could cancel them with in 3 days by mailing in the pink slip of my receipt and i will get my refund. But i told him i didnt want to do that i am sorry he said they wont take the money out if you plan to cancel, he said he just needs the "points" for him to go on a trip they were being rewarded so i beleived him (dumb of me i know) i told him to pick out the magazines and i signed they check he was very pleased of course and that was that i sent the pink refund slip in that night it was for $155.00. Right then i realized what i had done so the next moring i called the bank and told them and they said it had not come through so they couldn't do anything about it. I had to wait for it to get processed well 2 days later (mind you i was checking everyday to make sure it didnt go all the way through) it was not processed it was just cleared and i was highly upset i called the bank and they said once again that there was nothing that could be done because i signed the check it wasnt stolen or anything like that. So i went online to try and find a web page, number anything to come incontact with this so called magazine place and ran into a wall. I felt like my kindness was taken for weakeness and i REFUSE to just acept that. I will not let them get away with this expecially after reading the reports that other people have had the same run in's with these FAKES i just called my bank and filed a claim i hope that does something for me because its not just 5,10, even 50 dollars its 200 DOLLARS THAT IS MINE AND I WANT IT BACK this happened on dec 11 it is now a month later and i have recieved nothing no call, no magazine, no refund NOTHING i hope my bank can help me or someone reading this can help me. Please be careful. I have learned a lesson and i will never help anyone out again.
