Ripoff recieved no magazines charged over $600 on my credit card will not give money back

CMS have ripped me off in a big way!!! I have been charged over $600 overthe past year and have received NO magazines from them!!!
When I called to demand my money back the refused and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they refused!!! The she hung up on me!!! I want my money back and to Never hear from them again!
The woman I spoke with said I still owed money and if I did not pay it they would send me to collection!!! Please help me!!!
