Didn't pay diabetes div. Wages earned and corporate counsel requests illegal activity against NC Medicaid

CCS Medical, a DME provider, who is attempting to go public in 2008 not only didn't pay wound care division for commission earned but did not pay diabetes division either. Many employees in the nation were cheated out of thousands of dollars after the money was earned in 2006 and 2007.

Every year CCS Medical. Owned by Warburg Pincus, who is the largest private equity firm in the world, sets a commission plan and then after the employees work for this money a national conference call is made and a retroactive commission structure is set in effect.

Many current and former employees would like to file a class action lawsuit against CCS Medical for wages not payed.

Also, CCS Medical Corporate Counsel Cole Peterson told a representative to buy office equipment and furnish an empty office in North Carolina (since NC Medicaid states a DME provider must be fully operational within the state to bill NC Medicaid) to "make it look like someone works there in case Medicaid does comes by".

The rep was also instructed to go to the empty location to retreive the mail and forward it to her every month. Talk about fraud and misrepresentation.

CCS Medical also has an empty location in the state of Alabama, whereas, the state Medicaid requirement there is a functional location with an employee to answer the phone.-none of which CCS Medical has done.

I wonder if Warburg Pincus knows about all of this.
