Usa Financial, Low Pay Card
I was told on the phone by Usa Financial that I would be issued a Visa logo card, not a shopping club card. Low pay, never contacted me at all. I received a letter in the mail and a negative ballance on my account., Cearwater, Florida

Usa Financial Rep. Called me and offered me a Visa logo credit card, not the bull they sent me. They withdrew 200 dollars from my account and 1 1/2 months later I get an envelope in the mail stating I belong to some shopping club. As for Low Pay Card, No-one ever called or wrote me. One day I check my mail to find an envelope in my mail with a card. Now being a single parent my bank account is drasticly negative and my child has to suffer this RIP-Off with me. What Am I to do
