Secretly took money out of my account without me knowing upfront. Unauthorized debit from my account! For 39.95

My name is Brandon XXXXX. I signed up with home survey workers for $1.87. Heck, i figured that i had nothing to lose for that much and everything to gain. A week after I did this i noticed that 39.95 had been debited from one of my accounts. This was done without me knowing and when i signed up i was told nothing about this. To me, this is stealing. It is Fraud and someone needs to pay for this. This is not the first time that home survey workers or unparralleled marketing has screwed somebody and it is time to make there a* pay for it.
