They sent me to letters to my post office in Norway asking for my credit card number en money

I have got two fraud letters from the US with above description. They say that I will be a specially chosen person to their Inner Circle and they ask for money. They ask me to send them 105 euros and they want me to write down my entire credit card number. I am tired of this fraud, I have also got other letters in my mailbox here in Oslo, Norway which is lottery fraud and very similar methods.
