In order to defray expenses I chose Virgin Mobile as the only phone that I would have. On 12/03/07 I reloaded my phone on the $59.99 plan (600 anytime minutes & free nights/weekends - 7 PM thru 7 AM). By the 5th of the month I had no minutes. I called and the supervisor I spoke with was very unprofessional and offered not one minute an error on the company.
Because I had no other method of contact, I reloaded the phone on 12/07/07 and by the 12/20/07 I had no minutes left. I called the company and spoke with a representative that could really offer no explanation whatsoever. I then requested a print out of my entire bill and was instructed to get it off line.
I purchased 1200 minutes in a period of 17 days and have not one anytime minutes left? I do not believe this and will not let this go. I want a full refund of my money spent and to top it all (as they say Top-Up) I do not have access to my free nights and weekends anymore.
Please assist me in this matter. Virgin Mobile needs to be stopped because I am not the only person in Louisiana they have taken advantage of. I am on diability and had to sacrifice to reload the phone on the 7th.
I want my money back!
