Rip Off Prices and Failure to Comply to Cancellation Policy

The scammer came to our home using the same "contest" line stated by others. He persuaded my wife to buy a subscription, only at the end revealing the inflated price of $65 for annual subscription.

Catching my wife off-guard, he managed to close. The same magazine is readily available via online subscribing for $13 per year!

I immediately went to cancel as per their printed policy of 'within three business days including Saturdays'. The refund was to be posted back to me within 10 days. It has been two months. The CSR voicemail is always full.

I submitted several emails online via their site. No word to date.
