The company ripped me off 200.00 dollars

The company contacted me and told me that i could build on my credit. I could use the card anywhere. They said it would only cost me 200.00 for my down payment and that it would come in 2 weeks. The 3rd week and i had to call them back because i hadn't recieved anything. The woman told me there was going to be a confirmation letter to arrive first to make sure it didn't go to the wrong address. I recieved it, signed it, and returned it. Then my card came i went on the net just to find out i got scammed.
