Won an item on Nov. 29th from the EBay store something2stop4. Received an email on Dec 4th stateing he had been out of town do to his mother in hospital, that item would be shipped on Dec. 5th. I have e-mailed over and over again and have received no answer. Contacted EBay for the personal information on file for this seller. They send a name (Lerry Glen) and a non working phone number. No address of any kind. Other then Bakersville, CA.
If anyone had dealing with this person or company, I am hoping to file a fraud charge with the Bakersville police dept. And see about a breach of contract against him. There should be a way to hold EBay and Pay Pal just as guilty.
