Drowning Dogs to "Discipline them"

I am aware of several incidents in which Tamar Gellar has reportedly ordered her reports, who have tortured dogs by way of drowning them, to get them to comply to her "lock down system". There is an inside saying at her training facility that they train the bad dogs like they do bad Arabs under Massad control, as Tamar is a former Israeli intelligence officer. It is really shameful.
