They got me too! Pompano Beach Florida

My story is much the same as everyone else. I was contacted by Louis White sales rep. He had told me that their charge was $600.00 and that they would accept $350.00 to get my timeshare listed on their website as well. He also had told me not to contact him that eveything would be handeled thru their cuustomer assistance phone line 1-877-267-2125. I found many of the people their had no idea what was going on. It was hard to get thru. Towards the end their phone lines were all screwed up, with multiple conversations of peoples personel info. Being heard for others to listen in on. My timeshare has been listed for almost a year, and I've never received any phone calls of possible buyers. It was the same old story over and over again. I had called and requested my money back with no resolve. They had said they were very sorry and that my add would be listed as a featured property. It seemed like everyone was programed to say the same thing each time I was able to get thru. One time I was able to contact them and I had informed them that I had contacted the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and that they had informed me that their score was at the lowest level. Their response was that they were not a member of said company (BBB) and thats why their score was so low. They continued to say that (BBB) was only giving companys that were registered with them high business scores. I had informed them that my maintance fee's were not paid on my property they had told me not to worry about them. After being contacted by a bill collector informing me that if I didnt pay the past due amount plus late fee's and interest that my credit would be ruined, I'd lose my property and legal proceedings were going to be filed against me in the state of Florida. I ended up paying more then double my regular yearly fee to come current and be able to hang on to my property. Now after all this time and everything I've been thru, I go to their website I.B.D. Marketing to find its been shut down. I was Ripped off from day one with these guys and I'm PISSED. I've been struggling being handicapped and finnacially depressed on a fixed income, raising my son alone hoping that this company would sell my time share so that I could get back on my feet!!! And now this.
