Me and my husband had a natures rest auora latex foam cal-king mattress set. Purchased in 2001 it was starting to sag and we had a 15 year warranty so we decided to replace it. We called the warranty dept they said they didnt make the natures rest anymore and after inspection if oked they would have to give us a sping air mattress. This was in the month of june. Months went by waiting for calls to get returned or emails answered. Also me and my husband are both handycaped, my husband has a degenertive spinal disc in back and can barley walk some days, i myself just had cervicl disc surgery on my neck and are paralized in my hands at times. We had to start sleeping on just the mattress on the floor when the boxsprings snaped. We complained at least once a week with no reposnse, even with the general manager of warranty dept. Joane hollerman. Finaly they replaced the bed in august, it was thrown together just to get rid of us. It wasnt even a cal-king or firm, was a piece of shit brand brand we have never heard of avario gwenivere. It was so uncomfortable

That we couldnt even sleep on it. After bitching every day about it and wanting it replaced with somthing else they said no. We went to the news and reported them. Anyway to this day we still have not had bed replaced and we are on a foam mattress pad on the floor that we got at walmart for 15000. The piece of shit they gave us is in the garage. They will all get theirs some day.
