Claimed they would bring lots of people to our website and get us lots of offers

We signed up with them in April, hoping to have the timeshare sold by August when we had our son.
We have not had one offer, we have only had 1 person go to fiancing which did not pass. They did not even start showing the timeshare until the end of August.
Last I checked before the site was suspended we only had 30 people even look at the timeshare in 8 months! That sure is getting lots of people to the site.
I try to get a hold them through the customer service number and get a message or a fax number, this has been going on the whole 8 months NOT just the last few days.
It usually takes about a month (not 24 hours like they claim) to get back with you, and tell you they have not accomplished anything that month.
I feel that they are not trying to get results, they have our money and they don't care. That is why I feel they should refund me the advertising fee, expecially since they are not advertising on a suspended site!
