The harrassing phone calls and Threats

This company is unbelievable first of all, I had lost my job and I had just return to Texas when I got a new job I was able to pay for my vehicle However, In September 13. I gotten behind on my car note so therefore I had call young lady Joyce who was willing to work with me but her supervisor has threated to repro my vehicle but I have been making the payments on my account for NOV AND OCTOBER And September But they are still harassing me this is very unethnical and unprofessional. Please can someone help me with my case. This woman has threatned to repro my vehicle but is still taking payments out of my savings acct on the first of each month!!!
