Employees are rude, sassy and unpolite to speak with

Financed auto with them finally down to owing $2300 on balance. Few months ago got hurt on job and no longer able to work according to doctor called to let them know my situation and try to work something out. I was simply told that's not any concern of theirs and if i couldn't make the remaining payments when due that they was going to repossess my car. So as things are going i'm 2 months behind at $250.49 making that a total of $500.98. They send out a tow truck to pick up car and driver tell me in order to keep car i must give him the 2 payments i'm behind and also another $250.00 recovery fee for him coming out for car, so unfortunately i told him to get out my yard. Called bank and spoke with a rep and was told that is what i must pay which i don't agree with they sent a truck out. Yes i owe $500.98 but not the recovery fee when all they had to do was work with me a little
