Do not work for this joke of a company

Where can i begin in my report on this joke of a company that they happen to call CALECO. First let me start by saying this company is not even worth the space it takes up. How CALECO has been in business for all these years is beyond me.

This poor excuse for a company is run by a man named Rick Winig. Rick Winig is the most evilest man i have ever come across. I am not sure if he has a case of SMS (short man syndrome) or what but this man seems as though he hates life and everyone's existence accept his own.

When i first began work at CALECO i could see that something was just not right about in there. For one i would say 80% of the workers are 60 and over and by no means do i have a problem with older people but when you have a company where that is a majority of who works there something just is not right. That being said it was this one particular lady i had to work with Barbara Riley who continuesly complain about being there well lady your almost 70 if you dont like it there have you ever heard of the word retire.

Another thing i dislike strongly more than anything else about CALECO is the lack of diversity. Mind you it is a small company but to be the only african american after my boss who was african american left was quite uncomfortable. It was uncomfortable because the people were racist. I know they were racist because of certain what they would call jokes that were made. To make fun of someone's ethnicity is downright terrible.
I was subjected to jokes about jamaicans, hispanics and asians which i found to be horribly offensive. I also was told by a former employee that a racist joke had been made prior to me coming onboard.

The bottom line is CALECO is a horrible company to work for that should be shut down and not be in existence. I am warning anyone of color to steer very far away from this place. You'll be sorry if you go here to work.
