Defrauded by U.S. Online America Group - Scammers

I purchased 60,000 pop under ads and the commercial from US America Online for $3750 to be distributed over a year. My plan was to promote 2 affiliate websites (Rapid Satellite Direct TV & Dish Pronto Dish Network) that I had obtained from US Online in Oct. 2006. I have not received one sale as promised by the sales representative. Numerous times I have tried to cancel and request a refund but they won't let you cancel; they extend your contract another year and say they are going to put you in a different sales program. This has beem a very hard, frustrating and expensive lesson learned. Please, please, please if there is a honest lawyer (pro bono) who can help me please contact me as soon as possible.
