Double charged an unauthorized charge. Nationiwide

Just like the ones before, my husband downloaded a ringtone for $1.99 and sure enough there are two charges for $23.88. As per other inquiries, I know I could not probably contact them, however this is a fraudulent charge and I could actually file charges, a I think. Also, for those who used a credit card or debit (credit) card on the internet, you can go to the bank and dispute the charge. The bank will then rescend the payment and investigate it. So there is something you can do about the charges.
